Which parts of an umbrella can be customized?
The umbrella type, canopy fabric, color, frame, shaft, opening system, handle, size, artwork position, printing method, tie wrap, label, sleeve and retail packing can be customized. The approved sample records the final combination.
Which umbrella styles are available?
Available categories include folding umbrellas, long umbrellas, golf umbrellas, children's umbrellas, promotional umbrellas, rain-and-sun umbrellas, transparent umbrellas and windproof umbrellas.
What is your minimum order quantity?
The MOQ is 1,200 pieces per style and 1,200 pieces per color.
What can I check in a sample, and how long does it take?
A sample lets you review the structure, fabric, color, artwork, handle and packing in physical form. Sample production usually takes approximately 3–7 days.
How are samples shipped?
Samples are usually sent by express courier, including DHL, UPS or FedEx. Shipping is arranged after both parties agree on the freight cost.
How long does production take?
From receipt of deposit, production can take as little as approximately 15 days. A normal production lead time is approximately 30–50 days, depending on materials, construction, quantity, customization and the production schedule.
Which artwork files should I prepare?
Vector artwork is preferred for logo work. Share brand color references, print size, position and any packaging artwork. The required production format is confirmed during artwork review.
Can printing and packaging follow our brand requirements?
Available decoration methods include screen printing, heat transfer, digital printing, embroidery and hot stamping. Artwork can be applied to the canopy, label, sleeve and retail packing according to the approved specification.
What happens if the sample needs changes?
You can request changes to artwork, construction, materials or packing. Approved details are recorded and used for order production and inspection.
How do you check quality during production?
Checks follow the approved sample and order requirements. Depending on the product, this can include fabric and color, frame structure, print position, opening and closing function, finished appearance, packing and carton marks.
Where will my order be produced?
CITTA has production operations in Shenzhen, Guangdong and Dancheng, Henan. The production route is arranged around the umbrella construction, workshop capability and order plan.
Can you provide test reports or certification documents?
Share the required standard and destination market. Any supplied document must match the exact product, material and valid report scope.
Which trade terms and ports do you use?
Orders are usually quoted FOB Shenzhen. FOB Hong Kong is also available when requested by the customer.
Who handles customs clearance, duties and local charges?
Under FOB terms, CITTA delivers the goods to the named port of shipment and completes export customs clearance. The customer is responsible for ocean freight, insurance, import customs clearance, duties, taxes and other charges after the goods are loaded.
