Common questions
Is a golf umbrella a separate frame structure?
Not necessarily. “Golf” describes a use or product range. A golf umbrella may have a straight structure; verify the frame, carrying requirements and product information of the exact model.
Does a folding umbrella always open automatically?
No. Folding describes the structure. Manual opening, automatic opening and automatic opening and closing are separate options.
Are automatic opening and automatic closing the same feature?
No. An automatic-opening umbrella may close manually. On an automatic open-and-close model, the canopy can close mechanically while the shaft still requires a reset.
Can one model belong to more than one type?
Yes. A model can be both folding and part of the sun range, or both straight and part of the golf range. Describe structure, opening action and use separately.
